Hello, Those who use currently build of WHM/cPanel, please read the following if you have a login problem on external users; Last night we were working with WHM/cPanel development to fix this general issue, after the work a new WHM/cPanel update is released for currently build. It is 11.28.5-CURRENT_50036 and it has WHMSonic login fix. Please run /scripts/upcp --force in the root SSH to upgrade and fix the issue. ------------------------------------ Another Reason: The another reason of the login issue on external users is the uppercase characters on user radiousername eg: (sc_NAME). We are working with WHM/cPanel development to fix the issue however, you may terminate the radio and re-create it without uppercase(capital characters) to fix the problem quickly.
